SafetySafety Scout Support
Getting started
- Sign in with your work email. We send a 6-digit code; there is no password.
- Create your company, then add a facility and the areas inside it (Dock 3, Aisle 12…).
- Scan an area: take a photo, record a short video walkthrough, or choose media from your library. Safety Scout identifies observable hazards and recommends specific signs with the ANSI Z535 category and the OSHA/ANSI standard behind each one.
- Add signs to your requirements, then tap Get quote. SafetySign.com prices the exact items and you get a notification when the itemized quote is ready.
- Order from the quote, with your PO number if you use one.
Frequently asked
I didn't get my sign-in code. Check spam for a message from Safety Scout, and make sure you typed your work email correctly. Codes expire after 10 minutes; you can request a new one once a minute.
A teammate needs access. In the app, Settings → Team → Invite a teammate. They sign in with their own work email and land in your company.
The analysis missed something or suggested a sign we don't need. Suggestions are AI-generated from what is visible in the image. Retake from a different angle for a second pass, dismiss anything that doesn't apply, and add requirements manually in the web portal.
Where are my photos stored? Privately with your company's account. Only your team and SafetySign staff handling your quote can see them. See the privacy policy.
Where are the terms? Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Orders are governed by the SafetySign.com terms of sale.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.

Everything in the app is also at safetyscout.brimar.com: an operations dashboard, the full signage register with a print-ready export, and quote history.
